Manchester streetscape improvements are underway! The first stage of the project includes sidewalk repair  enhancement, beginning at Sarah and Manchester on the North side of the street and heading westward. Pricing is approximately $6 per square foot.

Improvements will only be done on Manchester itself. If you are a corner business/property and are interested in paying to extend sidewalk improvements off of Manchester, please contact Park Central Development at info@17thwardstl.org or (314) 535-5311.
