Parking Districts 

Restricted Parking Districts have been established in several residential neighborhoods in St. Louis to address parking problems typically caused by commuters. Restricted Parking Districts limit parking to vehicles displaying valid permits during specific time periods. Depending on the rules of each district, permits are issued to residents, guests and/or business employees of the district.
