Dan Krasnoff
Executive Director

Dan Krasnoff has been Executive Director of Central West End Midtown Development since October 2002. Under the guidance of the Board of Directors, Dan works closely with the Development, Infrastructure, Finance, Security and Marketing Committees to implement the organization's vision in the target area of the Central West End and Midtown neighborhoods.
Dan previously worked for the St. Louis Heritage Commission (now the Cultural Resources Office) and the Planning and Urban Design Agency. Dan left work for the City to become Executive Director of the St. Louis County Boundary Commission, which he led for three years. He has a bachelor's degree from the New School University in New York City and a master's degree in historic preservation/American studies from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Dan grew up in St. Louis County.
Chris Colizza
Executive Assistant
Chris Colizza joined Park Central Development as Executive Assistant in August 2010. Chris brings a variety of community planning experience to his position at PCD. In Cincinnati, Chris worked at SmartMoney Community Services, where he assisted low-income residents with homeownership counseling and business coaching. Chris also has done business coaching and HIV/AIDS education in Ethiopia, where he served as Peace Corps Volunteer for 2 years. He has also done planning work with OKI, the Regional Council of Governments in Cincinnati and the City of Charlottesville, VA.
Chris has a Bachelor’s from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s (Urban Planning) from the University of Cincinnati.
Gelinda Connell
Project Manager: Security and Social Services
Gelinda Connell joined Park Central Development as the Project Manager focusing on neighborhood security and social issues in November 2010. Gelinda has worked with the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, Washington University and most recently a small real estate development company where she has worked for the past ten years. Starting as a property manager and assistant, she helped nurture the vision for the development of a mixed-use district and was an integral part of the formation of a small real estate development company centered around the master plan for the 58-acre district. She evolved from assistant, to coordinator and finally, director of the firm. Gelinda is a resident of South St. Louis where she has lived for over 10 years.
Stephanie Co
Project Manager: Marketing and Community Outreach
Stephanie Co joined Park Central Development in February 2010 as Communications Intern, and now works as the Project Manager focusing on marketing and community outreach in the ward. She works on marketing residences and businesses of the 17th Ward neighborhoods and also organizes ward-wide events and manages the 17th Ward website, blog, publications, and other social media outlets in an effort to inform the public about various development, infrastructure, social services, and marketing projects in the area. She has a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
