• Euclid Streetscape Consulting Contract The Board approved the resolution to hire Christner for the first stage of the Euclid Streetscape Project with two changes: o The additional consideration of “burying” power wires on Euclid o The creation of a maintenance plan for the right-of-wayClick here to read more about the Euclid Streetscape Project• Taylor Avenue Pedestrian Lighting Fixture The Board agreed to support use of the Providence type lighting fixture for Taylor Avenue and future pedestrian lighting projects on residential streets in the CWEMD area. Click here to read more about the Taylor Avenue Lighting Project• Sustainable Development Consultant The staff was directed to work with the Development Committee to identify a planning consultant and devise a scope of work for the sustainable development plan. The Board agreed to review the agreement with the consultant via email to expedite the matter. • 4308 Laclede The Board of Directors voted to support declaring the building at 4308 Laclede Avenue blighted. The Board supports tax abatement for the project with 25 percent of the estimated value coming back to the neighborhood in the form of an annual payment from the developer or buyer of the renovated property.
