History
Central West End Midtown Development was founded in 2002, when 17th Ward Alderman Joseph D. Roddy recognized the need for an organization to guide development and improve city services in the Central West End South and Midtown West neighborhoods. The community development corporation was renamed Park Central Development in February 2010, expanding its service area to the entire 17th Ward.
